The Forms Policy Analyst reviews and drafts contractual documents under the responsibility of management for group insurance, individual insurance, investment and retirement and damage products. He collaborates in the evolution and updating of the texts of contractual documents. It provides interpretations of contracts and obtains legal opinions when necessary. Description of Tasks
Review and draft contractual documents under the responsibility of management for group insurance, individual insurance, investment and retirement and damage products and participate in the process of depositing contractual documents with the competent authorities when necessary.
Collaborate in the evolution and updating of the texts of contractual documents used as models by our different production systems or processes and participate in the development of delivery schedules for contractual documents and ensure their compliance.
Ensure the link and make the appropriate follow-ups between the drafting activities of the contractual documents and the other services and provide interpretations of contracts and obtain legal opinions when necessary.
Analyze specific situations and propose solutions and, when necessary, participate in activities related to the preparation of tenders and the recording of files on administrative systems.
