Description of Tasks

Collect delinquent accounts assigned to it and accounts that have exceeded the authorized limit. Attempt to obtain reimbursements as quickly as possible before striking off and answer customer calls for all categories of delinquent account assigned to them and any account whose limit is exceeded.

Carry out, according to the information obtained, the actions allowing to supervise the holder in order to minimize losses for the company and maintain performance and productivity statistics according to the objectives and established standards.

Track customers who are unable to contact or who no longer have an address. Pay attention to the possibilities of fraud and submit them, if necessary, to the security service and make recommendations or refer to your superior unusual or more complex cases.

Communicate with customers and suggest reimbursement methods in order to resolve the situation as quickly as possible.
