IT Security Advisor

The IT security advisor advises in matters of management and event resolution of technological security. He ensures the maximal utilization of the security application and the surveillance tools, and oversees its evolution. He represents the unit in group work or committees by advising them in different projects.

Description of Tasks

Act as content expert for the security application to ensure maximum use of this application and continuously monitor the performance and stability of the monitoring tools associated with security management and ensure their evolution .

Participate in solutions validation activities and support project managers in the interpretation and compliance with security standards.

Produce and ensure the validity of reports relating to vulnerabilities or incidents and identify incidents and vulnerabilities, recommend solutions and mitigation or workarounds and ensure their implementation.

Participate in the improvement of procedures and rules of use, keep the documentation up to date and ensure its dissemination and availability, and develop and develop the methodology for identifying and assessing the risks of damage and loss related to security to ensure adequate surveillance and to prevent or control intrusions.
