Description of Tasks

Carry out various activities within the framework of projects and mandates involving information technology assistance services.

Act as a resource person in relation to their area of expertise and represent their sector on various committees or project teams.

Support project teams in the development, evolution and implementation of IT support services solutions and perform various analyzes to identify and put in place the elements necessary to maintain or the improvement of information technology assistance services impacted by the deployment of projects.
