Marketing Coordinator

The holder is responsible for the coordination and production of advertising material and technical estimates. He ensures the relation with specialized agencies and carries out the quality control of the documents and of the conformity of parameters, budget and schedule.

Description of Tasks

Coordinate the production of various documents and forms concerning in particular advertising material and technical quotes and make sure to establish the parameters and respect the deadlines as well as the printing deadlines for the various promotional campaigns.

Establish relationships with specialized agencies and other suppliers and negotiate quotes and invoicing.

Support advisers in the analysis of the feasibility of projects and the best procedures to use and carry out a quality control of printed documents and ensure the application of graphic standards and of the partners involved.

Ensure the dissemination of information intended for the various internal units and collaborate with the advisers in the coordination of activities related to the various projects.
