The project management technician is in charge of carrying out the administrative support regarding the tracking of budgets and costs of projects, the preparation of order forms and contracts, the treatment of bills and any other administrative task related to his position.
Perform administrative support related to monitoring budgets and project costs, preparing purchase orders and contracts, processing invoices and all other related administrative tasks.
In collaboration with project managers, make administrative follow-ups on construction projects (Classification, Tenders, follow-up of contracts, denunciations, receipts, directives, change orders, payment request, receipt of project end documents) and ensure compliance with administrative procedures.
Validate the accuracy of project costs, follow up on costs and invoicing.
Prepare and update various project monitoring and reporting tables.
